PlayStation 4 BLINKING BLUE LIGHT THEN TURNS WHITE

I've had my PS4 for about two years now and just out of nowhere last week the HDMI stopped working, I had this trouble before and it fixed itself after a couple of days but this time it kept saying no signal, then after looking up online what to do to turn off the PS4 & everything, I tried turning it back on with a new HDMI and the "No Signal" message isn't there anymore, but nothing's coming up, no picture or sound. My PlayStation just blinks blue and then turns white when I try turn it on, help?
Please help.
