Separate Console Mods XBONE/PS4

Been enjoying the game very much and mods are great to keep a game feeling fresh, however I'm kinda sad to see the limited selection on my XBOX. now first off, I understand that many modders play on PC so they make for PC, that's not what bothers me... though, I'm sure it's simple and straightforward enough to port most mods across from PC to XBOX since they are both Microsoft platforms anyways. But that's not what I'm here to post about even though it somewhat ties in. I was just wondering if there are any plans to separate the console mod sections between the XBOX ONE and PS4 and have them be managed separately.
